The 13th edition of the Specialized Agricultural Exhibition BATA AGRO, which is organized by the Bulgarian Association of Traders of Agromachinery, will be held from 01st to 05th of June at Stara Zagora Airport. It will traditionally present the latest in agricultural technology and technological innovation, as well as a full portfolio of products and services for agriculture in one place. At the moment, 182 companies have enrolled for an area of over 39,600 sq.m. This is the largest edition of BATA AGRO as an area so far.
The exhibition is a jubilee, as it marks 10 years since the first edition of the fair. It will be with the successful format of the exhibition areas from 2019, which provides better access, visibility and compactness of the exhibition.
In addition to the traditional demonstrations of agricultural machinery and the possibility for a test drive, BATA AGRO will present several of the largest companies for seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, which participate with crop field trials. In this way, farmers can see the effect of the preparations on autumn and spring crops in real field conditions and thus make their choice even easier.
BATA AGRO will be held in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures to ensure the safety and health of all present. A special Protocol for organizing and conducting the exhibition in the conditions of a pandemic has been introduced, which is observed by the organizer, all participants and visitors. All stands will be open with constant access of fresh air in the exhibition and common areas. Traffic is also organized by visitors with one-way navigation and separate entry and exit points at the exhibition.
A physical distance of 1.5 meters will be observed, and wearing personal protective masks covering the nose and mouth is mandatory. Disinfectants and protective equipment are provided if necessary. Disinfection and cleaning of the common and service parts is also organized, as well as a special team of people to monitor the strict observance of the measures.
The 13th edition of BATA AGRO has an extended period of holding – a total of 5 working days, so as to ensure a more even attendance.
All farmers and business representatives are welcome. The visit is free but it is necessary to register – in advance on the website of BATA AGRO or on site in the days of the exhibition.
