The 15th edition of the Specialized Agricultural Exhibition BATA AGRO, which is organized by the Bulgarian Association of Traders of Agromachinery, will present 197 companies on more than 34,000 sq.m. net exhibition area. The fair will be held from May 15 to 19, 2023 at Stara Zagora Airport.
The electronic catalog with the presentation of the exhibitors has already been published on the BATA AGRO website. This year, in addition to the traditional participation of Bulgarian companies and manufacturers from Europe, companies from China, India and Argentina will also be presented at the exhibition. Visitors to BATA AGRO will see the official importers of agricultural machinery, which represent some of the world’s largest technology brands. Among them are dozens of companies from the agricultural sector, offering irrigation systems, spare parts, tools and others, as well as the branches with which agriculture interacts – consulting services, financial and banking institutions, the automotive industry, large construction equipment and others. An important part of the fair are the companies that offer seeds, fertilizers and plant protection. They participate with trial fields with crops, which for BATA AGRO 2023 are set aside in an individual area near the entrance to the exhibition.
The distinctive advantage of BATA AGRO being held in the open air will again this year provide an opportunity for demonstrations. Farmers will be able to see the operations of the machines in real, field conditions, as well as take a test drive.
Within BATA AGRO 2023 a farmer’s market organized jointly with Hrankoop Cooperative will once again take place. At it, the guests and visitors of the exhibition will be able to buy directly from the producers seasonal fruits and vegetables, cow, goat, buffalo and sheep milk products, nut milks and cheeses, sourdough bread, honey and bee products, flowers and herb seedlings and spices, juices, syrups and jams, baked goods and coffee, handicrafts, wine and more.
Visiting the exhibition is free, but registration is required – in advance on the BATA AGRO website or on site in the days of the exhibition. The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, and only on the last day, May 19, it is until 14:00.
