CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS

  • How to apply for participation

1) Select type and size of exhibition area
Each exhibitor shall become familiar with the Exhibition map and the requirements for the areas.

2) Registration
Register to participate at expo.bata-agro.com/en by indicating the size and type of area you want in the respective zone. By registering in the online platform for participation in the exhibition BATA AGRO you declare that you are familiar with and agree with the General Terms and Conditions.

3) Payments 
After selecting an area, we will send you a proforma invoice and a Participation Agreement. Once payment is received, you will have access to the current scheme with available positions to select from.

4) Confirmation
You will receive confirmation from us for the selected position. You shall send the signed Contract for participation in 2 copies: 251 Ring Road (Okolovrasten pat), Delta Office Building, Office 202 – BATA AGRO – 1766 Sofia, Bulgaria.

5) Stands and extra services
After the exhibition area is confirmed, you can request the construction of a stand, equipment, crane and forklift and other services from your company profile.

Remarks:
The specific position of the area is chosen after the advance payment has been received and this opportunity is given to the exhibitors in the order of payments are received.

Please, note the following conditions for discounts:

Exhibition areas
Outdoor and built-up exhibition area:

  • Upon registration for participation and payment until January 15, 2025 – 40% discount* applies on exhibition space prices;
  • Upon registration for participation and payment until February 28, 2025 – 20% discount* applies on exhibition space prices;

* Mentioned discounts are not applicable for Zone 1 Premium.

Additional services
Construction of stands, bungalows, tent rentals, equipment, furniture, crane, forklift services and more

  • If ordered by February 28, 2025, additional services will be with 25% discount;

Specifications of exhibition areas:

  • Zone 1 Premium – from 100 to 1296 sq m;
  • Zone 2 – from 36 to 1296 sq m.;
  • Zone 3 (built-up exhibition area) – from 12 to 32 sq m;
  • Zone 4 – from 24 to 32 sq m;
  • Zone 5 (built-up exhibition area in a tent) – under a collective tent of 12 sq m or under an individual tent of 24 sq m;
  • Zone 6 – from 24 to 32 sq. m;
