1) Select type and size of exhibition area
Each exhibitor shall become familiar with the exhibition map and the requirements for the areas.
2) Registration
Register to participate at expo.bata-agro.com/en by indicating the size and type of area you want in the respective zone. By registering in the online platform for participation in the exhibition BATA AGRO you declare that you are familiar with and agree with the Participation Agreement.
3) Payments
After selecting an area, we will send you a proforma invoice and a Participation Agreement. Once payment is received, you will have access to the current scheme with available positions to select from.
4) Confirmation
You will receive confirmation from us for the selected position. You shall send the signed Contract for participation in two copies: Sofia, 251 Ring Road (Okolovrasten pat), Delta Office Building, Office 202 – BATA AGRO.
5) Stands and extra services
After the exhibition area is confirmed, you can request the construction of a stand, equipment, crane and forklift and other services from your company profile.
Remarks:
The specific position of the area is chosen after the advance payment has been received and this opportunity is given to the exhibitors in the order of payments are received.
